I have been qualified as a Hearing Therapist since 1994 and worked in the NHS specialising in Tinnitus Management until 2010 when I took early retirement and moved in to private practise

As a dual qualified Hearing Therapist and Psychotherapist, I have a solid rehabilitation background in hearing and hearing loss, the management of distressing tinnitus, hyperacusis, in fact all hearing related issues, and I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Tinnitus that has a well established evidence base in the published research and leads to excellent Outcomes for my clients.

Tinnitus Management

  • Over 28 years experience
  • Online CBT for Tinnitus E-Programme - cost £175 (includes up to two 1-1 appointments)
  • From 1st April 2022 CBT for Tinnitus Companion - cost £1795 (includes up to twelve 1-1 appointments)
  • Excellent outcomes for patients
  • All progress measurable through use of validated Qs, including TFI (Tinnitus Functional Index) and THI (Tinnitus Handicap Inventory) that measure tinnitus distress
  • Includes CBT for anxiety - pre and co-existing to tinnitus
  • Includes management of hyperacusis when present
  • Appointments online using Zoom (Zoom video-conferencing is recommended for its encryption and security by the BACP)
