As a dual qualified Hearing Therapist and Psychotherapist, I have a solid rehabilitation background in hearing and hearing loss, the management of distressing tinnitus, hyperacusis, in fact all hearing related issues, and I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Tinnitus that has a well established evidence base in the published research and leads to excellent Outcomes for my clients.

- All progress measurable through use of validated Qs, including TFI (Tinnitus Functional Index) and THI (Tinnitus Handicap Inventory) that measure tinnitus distress
- Includes CBT for anxiety - pre and co-existing to tinnitus
- Includes management of hyperacusis when present
- Appointments online using Zoom (Zoom video-conferencing is recommended for its encryption and security by the BACP)
