What is Misophonia?
It is where a person has a severe sensitivity to specific sounds at a normal or low loudness level, the sensitivity giving rise to a severe emotional reaction. New CBT course for Misophonia (CBT4M)
A new course is being developed in 2025. The course is to be online, hosted on the same Podia platform used for the CBT4T (CBT for Tinnitus Programme). Enrolment is to include 1, 2 or 6 appointments using Zoom and priced similarly to the CBT4T programme.
